SCHOOL UNIFORM

The school has a uniform which was introduced in September 1994. The two basic colours are red and grey. Parents are encouraged to support the school uniform policy and to ensure that children attend school tidily and sensibly dressed so that correct awareness of personal appearance can be encouraged.

School sweatshirts and polo-shirts marked with the school badge are currently available from the school office at a cost of £7.00 and £6.50 respectively.

Parents can also purchase school fleeces at a cost of £12.00 each.

Children must work in bare feet for indoor physical education, unless a foot condition determines otherwise. In such cases, following request from parents, pumps may be worn. (Trainers should not be worn for Health and Safety reasons). A stock of football boots are available in school for children to borrow. Year 4 children will also need a swimming costume.

Children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) wear a plain T-shirt or polo shirt in their house colour (Oak – red; Fir – blue; Willow – green; Ash – yellow).
